Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process, package, and assemble Brivo hardware components
- Prepare assembly documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Proactively investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventative solutions
- Maintain quality standards to ensure all finished products meet Brivo's specifications
- Leverage your proven assembly experience to contribute to our production goals
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to achieve shared objectives
- Provide timely and accurate reports on finished goods and work-in-progress to management
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring accurate inventory counts
- Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment by strictly adhering to all procedures, rules, and regulations
- Assist in the manufacturing and programming of specific materials as needed
- 3 years of proven experience in a warehouse environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
- Current certification to operate a reach truck, or the ability to quickly obtain certification
- Proficiency in inventory and order management systems, with prior experience using an ERP system; NetSuite experience is a plus
- Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace and familiarity with carrier-specific software and interfaces
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills
- Ability to regularly lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs
