As the Lead Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our guests' overall dining experience by crafting exceptional beverages, managing the bar team, and showcasing your expertise in handling specialty wine machines.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Beverage Crafting:**
- Create and serve a diverse range of high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, and other specialty drinks.
- Utilize and showcase expertise in operating and maintaining specialty wine machines to ensure optimal performance.
2. **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Lead and inspire a team of pairing specialists, providing guidance and fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team is knowledgeable about the beverage menu, specialty wine offerings, and service standards.
3. **Customer Service:**
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with grace and efficiency.
4. **Inventory Management:**
- Manage and control the inventory of beverages, including wines, spirits, and other bar supplies.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
5. **Quality Control:**
- Uphold and enforce high standards of beverage quality and presentation.
- Regularly inspect and clean equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. **Menu Development:**

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Bartender in an upscale dining or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, and specialty beverage trends.
- Experience with specialty wine machines is a significant advantage.
