We are seeking a dedicated and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Schedule appointments using medical scheduling software, ensuring efficient use of the chiropractor's time.
- Maintain accurate patient records by filing and updating information in compliance with HIPAA and coding standards.
- Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Support the chiropractor during patient treatments by providing assistance as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to inquiries, and handling correspondence.
- Utilize computerized systems like Meditech for patient management and record keeping.
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Insurance knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Must be organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
