Full Job Description –
Greet and promptly seat guests in the dining room according to server rotation. Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, bagging up to-go items, operate cash register and 'POS Future' system. Must be able to communicate clearly and politely with coworkers and customers. Attend to the needs of guests' miscellaneous requests (if servers are busy). Maintain friendly and personable interactions with all guests. Navigate ‘POS Future’ system for inputting and closing orders. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to efficiently complete and deliver orders. Assist other team-members when needed. Rearrange dining area to accommodate large parties and special events. Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shift.
