The Opportunity :
The Zoho Developer, as part of the Information Technology team, will support and enhance Brkthru’s Zoho implementation, which serves as our CRM for sales & marketing, and other customized business functions. This role will assist with improving workflows, leveraging new Zoho tools, ensuring security, and maintaining data integrity to support reporting and integrations that drive Brkthru’s operational success.
Location :
Brkthru operates as a fully remote company with occasional mandatory travel for training and offsites, provided with advance notice. We uphold the expectation that all team members maintain a dedicated and reliable workspace, free from distractions, to ensure optimal productivity.

Responsibilities :
- Administer, enhance, and optimize the company’s Zoho implementation to support evolving business needs.
- Manage and maintain Zoho applications to ensure system reliability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve and enhance workflows by leveraging new Zoho products and services.
- Modify and optimize existing custom modules and develop new ones as needed.
- Handle integrations between Zoho and other systems to streamline processes and data flow.
- Ensure data integrity, support accurate data collection, and enable insightful reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to align Zoho solutions with business objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation : The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 plus annual bonus opportunity, with the final offer determined based on experience and qualifications.
