Seeking Experienced Landscape Crew Supervisor for BRL Design - Seeking an experienced, intelligent Crew Supervisor to lead our artisan garden installation & enhancements team. The right candidate will be a hands-on leader directing a small crew outdoors in all types of weather. They will be responsible for the physical implementation of landscape design plans, working closely with Brent (Owner / Principal Designer), subcontractors, and clients. Must be proficient in plant-identification, proper in-ground and containerized planting technique, and small hardscape installations. The Crew Supervisor must be able to interpret and execute installation & maintenance instructions safely and efficiently. This position is seasonal (March- early December), typically 24 – 36 hours / week, although some weeks can be 40 hours. Winter work will be available for a highly qualified candidate.
