With a strong focus on technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a Process Supervisor in Morocco to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and supervising the effectiveness of on-site process documents, as well as measuring and analyzing material quotas and man-hour quotas. Confirm the approval of the design requirements and the review of the solutions for tooling and molds.
- Responsible for leading the improvement and follow-up of the company's key rectification projects, such as lean improvement projects.
- Responsible for organizing the analysis and improvement of customer complaints, and researching and tackling typical problems.
- Provide guidance and supervision on the work of process engineers, grasp the key directions of the work, and arrange training.
- Inspect key processes, key equipment and key tooling molds on site, and participate in on-site audits and customer system audits.
- Information collection and channel development of new processes, new tooling and molds. Make organizational changes to the problem points that have repeatedly recurred in the field and promote the project.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience: At least 5-year working experience in manufacturing enterprise in process engineering. Those with experience in die-casting/machining/high-speed stamping/injection molding/casing/electrophoresis/electronic components in the manufacturing industry will be given priority.
- Strong communication, coordination skills and team management skills.
