Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on Broad-Ocean Motor products, including electric motors, HVAC systems, and related components.
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical, electrical, or software issues.
- Install new equipment and ensure proper functioning according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist customers and clients with technical support, providing guidance on best practices for operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation of work performed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to report recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and product advancements.
- Travel to customer sites as required for on-site service and support.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in electric motors, HVAC systems, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including wiring diagrams, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience electric motor technologies.
