We're Hiring: Agile Business Analyst | Fintech | Hybrid (Greenwich/Stamford, CT)
We’re growing and looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you’ll work closely with product, development, and QA teams to define user stories and requirements that enhance our payments products.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define and document business/technical requirements
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria (we use Jira)
- Support sprints, QA, and Agile ceremonies
- Maintain product documentation in Confluence
- Help prioritize features and track UAT feedback
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile environment
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, or payments is a plus
- Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, communication, and problem-solving
- Familiarity with UX, APIs, and tools like Figma is preferred
- Agile certifications (CSPO, CSM, PMI-ACP) are a bonus
