What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Systems Support Manager (Hands On) position at Broad Reach Partners?
Are you an experienced IT Manager who has managed small teams support IT systems and infrastructure? We are looking for an individual who can roll up their sleeves and has some hands-on experience using tools like MS Intune or other MDM tools, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler. In this role, you will manage a small support team while contributing as needed. We are an Atlanta-based development and property management firm and this role will be working from our offices on the NW side of Atlanta and looking for an individual that lives near that part of town.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and manage IT systems, applications, and virtual infrastructure.
- Lead and support the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Facilitate the transition from Arctic Wolf to CrowdStrike for endpoint security.
- Administer patch management processes and solutions.
- Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) using Intune.
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Optimize and administer IT tools such as Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, planning, and continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- IT management experience - ideally in a small or mid-sized organization.
- Expertise in remote management, networking, and virtual infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication.
- Ability to balance technical and administrative tasks in a small-team environment.
- Must pass background, drug, and credit checks.
Additional Details:
- Our office is located in the Vinings/West Paces Ferry area. This role requires working from the office four days a week.
