Job Summary :
This position is responsible for prompt and efficient processes for sourcing, screening and selecting qualified applicants for consideration in filling current PRN openings. This role works closely with regional management teams and the recruiting team to accurately classify the PRN needs as, urgent, priority, premium rate, primary PRN or general PRN need, ensuring appropriate prioritization and processing. The Recruiter-PRN Staffing role performs duties while ensuring compliance with Broad River Rehabilitation policies and procedures and all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Major Responsibilities include :
- Opening, maintaining, and closing PRN positions as directed by the recruitment team and / or regional management staff.
- Ensure thorough knowledge of coverage needs for all open positions and keep accurate, up-to-date documentation of these needs.
- Effectively advertise openings with accurate information.
- Communicate with candidates in a timely and professional manner. Ensure information provided to candidates is thorough and accurate.
- Complete documentation, data entry, email blasts, and text blasts in a timely manner.
- Complete phone calls and email information with materials as required and in a timely manner.
- Screen / pre-screen candidates as needed, including verification of rehire status and state licenses of candidates are active / in good standing.
- Promptly send appropriate offer letters ensuring accuracy of details.
- Maintain communication with recruiting team / Recruitment Manager regarding most urgent PRN needs
- Participate in meetings with management as needed.
- Maintain a close account with company Job boards and ads
- Adheres to all policies of company, including job description, certification requirements, mission statement, HIPPAA / confidentiality standards, and resident rights.
- Assist HR in collection of new hire paperwork and on-boarding materials.
- Attends and participates in recruiting or management team meetings, conferences, events, etc., as requested.
- Adapts to changes in responsibilities in a positive manner, is receptive to new ways of completing tasks, and is flexible in carrying out assignments.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
The majority of the job is performed in a normal office environment. Work may require sitting for extended periods of time, also walking, standing, bending, stooping and stretching for supplies. Occasional lifting and transporting files and / or materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Vision and hearing must be correctable to within normal range. Sufficient manual dexterity is necessary for keyboarding and operation of various office equipment. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods of time and to work in an environment which can be stressful.
