What are the responsibilities and job description for the Private Nursing - AM & PM Shifts - No Coding/Flexible Schedule position at Broad Street Home Care?
Broad Street Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses to work with private clients in a one-on-one setting in the Downtown Chicago Area.
Purpose of Position
This position will require the possibly working 6-12-hour AM or PM shifts in a client's home. Previous experience with Geriatric patients and assisting with ADL's, ensuring client safety, and medication management experience. There will be additional responsibilities based on each unique client case. This position works closely with one of our Nurse Care Managers to help support you throughout your work with the client.
Position Requirements:
- Current Illinois Nursing License
- 4 years or more of Nursing Experience
- Must possess the ability to navigate a phone application to clock in and out as well as enter case notes
- Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required
