What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN or LPN Long-Term Tuesday PM Shift (Downtown Chicago) position at Broad Street Home Care?
Broad Street Home Care is seeking Registered Nurses and LPN's to work with private clients in a one-on-one setting.
Purpose of Position
Broad Street would like to build relationships with RN's and LPNs for private nursing opportunities. Additional duties include assisting with ADL's, ensuring client safety, medication management, etc. This position works closely with the Nurse Case Manager to ensure the client receives the proper care and support needed to maintain independence and remain safely in their home.
Position Requirements
- Current Illinois Nursing License
- 4 years or more of Nursing Experience
- Must possess the ability to navigate a phone application to clock in and out as well as enter case notes
- Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
- Previous home health experience preferred but not required
