Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately taken and delivered.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all preferences and dietary restrictions are noted.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, showcasing knowledge of fine dining offerings.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours or special events.
• Stay informed about menu changes, promotions, and restaurant policies to provide accurate information to guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's schedule.

Pay: From $9.98 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
