Underground Laborer

As an Underground Laborer at Broadband Construction Services Inc., you will play a vital role in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunications infrastructure. This position involves working on various projects to ensure the efficient delivery of broadband services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance: Assist in the installation, repair, and testing of underground fiber optic and coaxial cables.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain construction equipment such as trenchers, plows, and boring machines.
• Site Preparation: Prepare and restore work sites, ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding areas.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in underground utility construction or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to operate and handle construction equipment safely.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
