Overview
Broadbridge Real Estate Investments ("Broadbridge") is a privately held residential real estate development and investment firm based in Cambridge, MA. Broadbridge focuses on new development and gut rehabilitation of high end single-family homes, condominium buildings, and apartment buildings in the Boston-metro area.

Broadbridge is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Project Manager who will oversee multiple projects at different stages in the construction process. This is a dynamic role in a growing development firm and it will require the Project Manager to be in the Cambridge, MA office as well as on-site at the various development locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Buildertrend.
  • Review and interpret schematics to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices for project management and construction site operations.

  • Proficiency in project management software such as Buildertrend
  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and project coordination techniques.
  • Experience in project scheduling and resource management within the construction industry.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering results under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Performance bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
