Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive for Audio Visual Production Switching Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with government agencies at the federal, state, and local levels. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the industry and proven sales track record to expand our market share and achieve revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in selling to government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for production switching solutions within the government sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key government decision-makers, procurement officers, and influencers.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and create tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of government clients.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide clients with detailed product demonstrations, proposals, and support.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve sales objectives.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the audio-visual production switching space.
- Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s products and network with potential clients.

Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling Audio Visual or related solutions to government clients (federal, state, and local).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of production switching systems, broadcast technologies, and audio-visual solutions.
- In-depth understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in managing large, complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking skills and established relationships within the government sector.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
