VCF Resident Consultants are Broadcom's most experienced professional services consultants who provide thought leadership and hands-on technical expertise to our most important customers. They are Trusted Advisors that our customers depend on for strategy, product insight, technical architecture, mentoring, and when needed, leading by example for deployment, configuration, and integration of VMware by Broadcom solutions.
About the job:
* VCF Resident Consultant position embedded with Broadcom clients to solve and deliver VCF solutions. This role works closely with the customer, Broadcom business unit, presales, and account team to identify, strategize and implement VMware by Broadcom software.
* Works on advanced complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical knowledge. Recognized as the expert on VCF technologies.
* Provide technical and functional guidance and leadership to customers.
* Responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture.
Work Experience:
* Minimum of 8 years' experience at an IT professional services or software organization.
* Past experience working with VCF products
Additional Requirements:
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree
* Experience working with Federal Government (Department of Defense, Civilian, Intelligence Community) customers is preferred.
* Superb written and communication skills in English.
* Active DoD Secret clearance required.
* Must have Sec certification or higher.
* 75% travel to US based locations.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $91,200 - $152,000.
This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
