Summary
Broaddus Construction is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our Central Texas (Austin) team to work on a $15M hospital expansion and renovation project that is about 40 miles south of the San Marcos area.
The Project Manager is the on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. The Project Manager will handle all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up/updates, schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. In addition, this role will maintain a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
Qualifications
- 5 years or more of experience required working on Commercial Construction projects in a Project Manager or similar role, required.
- Previous or current project experience in Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, or government work would be very helpful.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, helpful.
- Three years or more of direct supervisory experience.
- Experience with cost projection, project management scheduling software, financial analysis, budget reviews, and labor reports.
- Procore software experience helpful but not required.
- Must have excellent communication skills to deal with owners and subcontractors.
