Responsibilities
- Engage in PLACE New Agent Launch to master PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts.
- Nurture and transform incoming sales inquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Develop and convert outbound sales prospects into appointments.
- Assess leads to communicate motivation and financial details to real estate sales agents.
- Oversee database management and productivity reporting.
- Dedicate time to skill enhancement through education and script practice.
- Establish yourself as a local real estate expert.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Monitor activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology.
- Outstanding ability to build rapport and enthusiasm for engaging with people
- Passionate about sales and adept at converting leads
- Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple leads and maintain consistent follow-up strategies
- Committed to teamwork and achieving team-oriented objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior telephone communication abilities
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capacity to learn and internalize scripts effectively
- Collaborative team player
- Real estate license is a plus

Salary : $45,000 - $75,000
