Sales Operations Specialist
Day to Day
- Perform sales-oriented account management.
- Verify accuracy of customer agreements, identify billing exceptions and work directly with customers to address payment delays.
- Coordinate between Sales and Finance departments to ensure accuracy of customer subscription billing
- Assist with other sales and finance projects as necessary.
About You
- Skill at working with customers using a personable, sales-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years SMB collections experience.
- SaaS industry experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, decision-making and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with business automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,
- NetSuite)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple
- projects simultaneously.
- Quick learner, and to work collaboratively with a team.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
