What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Staff position at Broadlands Golf Club?
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our kitchen team for the up coming season! No prior experience is required - just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
As a kitchen staff member, you will assist with food preparations, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic food preparation, such as chopping food, assembling sandwiches, cooking meals and plating dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, stocking supplies, organizing inventory, and taking out trash.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
- Work in collaboration with banquet staff to ensure seamless dinner service.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Chef or banquet manager.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
