Group Therapist The group therapy therapist position primarily provides group therapy services to adult clients in the Outpatient Behavioral Health Group Therapy Program. The therapist is responsible for generating a group therapy schedule based on client needs/interests, facilitating these groups, and coordinating individualized treatment plans. This therapist will also have a smaller individual therapy caseload. The therapist reports to the AVP Behavioral Health. The therapist works closely and in collaboration with other group therapy program staff. Schedule: 8A-430P Mon-Friday Qualifications Master’s Social Work degree from accredited educational institution Current LMSW, LISW, LMHC, or LMFT license with State of Iowa Knowledge in crisis intervention techniques and brief therapy Ability to work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary team Ability to complete electronic charting and documentation *Strongly prefer candidates who are FULLY/INDEPENDENTLY LICENSED.
