Description
Broadleaf is seeking a highly qualified Senior Project Manager Lead to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in program management, systems architecture, and engineering of large-scale information systems. They will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage large-scale information systems projects from inception to completion.
- Perform program management and systems architecture tasks.
- Coordinate with the Joint Staff (JS) or Combatant Commands (CCMDs) to ensure project alignment and success.
- Knowledge of DoD manpower and personnel data, systems, and organizational structure.
- Work on SECRET and TS/SCI systems (experience is highly desirable but not required)
Qualifications
- At minimum, an undergraduate degree from an accredited U.S. University; a graduate degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of work experience in program management, systems architecture, and/or engineering of large-scale information systems.
- Strong knowledge of DoD manpower and personnel data, systems, and organizational structure.
- Experience coordinating with the JS or CCMDs.
- Possess, or be eligible to obtain, a US TOP SECRET security clearance.
