We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring 4 years of experience in the A2P SMS industry, with proven expertise in leveraging innovative solutions and strategic leadership. This role involves managing client accounts, overseeing operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Mentor junior sales team members to support their development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to optimize solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless solution delivery.
- Monitor sales performance and provide accurate reports.
