We are seeking an experienced Associate Auditor to join our team in a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote work. This position offers flexibility while ensuring the accuracy of our voting process and providing exceptional client service.
As an Associate Auditor at Broadridge, you will be responsible for conducting audit testing of specified proxy voting and reporting processes, analyzing and interpreting proxy voting results, and communicating findings to management. You will also assist in the development of procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Auditing, Accounting, or Quality Assurance, with 0-2 years of hands-on experience in auditing or a related field. Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and v-lookups, as well as knowledge of ISO and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, are essential.
