Corporate Issuer business involves the processing and distribution of proxy materials to investors in equity securities and mutual funds, as well as the facilitation of related vote processing. Corporate Issuer business also provides the distribution of regulatory reports and corporate action / reorganization event information, that help the clients meet their regulatory compliance needs.

In addition, Broadridge provides financial information distribution and transaction reporting services to both financial institutions and securities issuers. Provide support to Card Creation team on new cards, changes and uploads.

Custom Product Solution Team involves in creating manual Proxy and Notice ballots and upload into mainframe for printing and distribution services.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities :

• Process backend operation and enable voting option in Proxy Plus screen to make the scanners to read the shareholders consent on proposals.
• Provides daily vote statistics report on need basis.
• Provide support to Card Creation team on new cards, changes and uploads. Create and amend Smart Forms for Client Corporate Solutions, Proxy Agent Services and Management.
• Provide guidance to Client Facing Reps, Proofreaders, and the Desktop Publishing Group associates when assistance is needed.

Qualifications :

Salary range $30.00- $34.00 hourly. Bonus Eligible.
