As a Senior Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing backend operations and enabling voting options in Proxy Plus screens to read shareholders' consent on proposals.
You will also provide daily vote statistics reports on a need basis and support the Card Creation team on new cards, changes, and uploads. Additionally, you will create and amend Smart Forms for Client Corporate Solutions, Proxy Agent Services, and Management.
With a strong business acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills, you will provide guidance to Client Facing Reps, Proofreaders, and the Desktop Publishing Group associates when assistance is needed.
