Broadridge is hiring! We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior North American Product Manager for SBL to join our team.
We are looking for someone with in-depth knowledge of the Northern American Securities Lending and Borrowing market and process, who shall be an acknowledged expert in one or more functional areas and maintain this knowledge through communication with clients and research on market changes. Understanding SDLC and supporting Agile Development Teams is required.
This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Job Responsibilities :
- Gather requirements, create product designs, define user stories, and validate acceptance criteria.
- Translate client requirements into solutions that meet client demand within the Agile Development Squads.
- Visit clients to provide feedback to the sales team and manager on client satisfaction levels.
- Discuss new products or modules with clients and encourage purchases where appropriate.
- Support demos to prospects where applicable knowledge is present.
- Identify market opportunities and threats from competitors, providing input to customer surveys.
- Develop ideas for new products based on client interaction and experience.
- Train staff and clients to improve knowledge and grow the company.
- Create and provide training courses and documentation on functional areas.
- Actively participate in knowledge transfer mechanisms for staff and clients.

Compensation Range : The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $185,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary, including relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligibility : Bonus Eligible.
