Develops, implements and evaluates processes ensuring business goals and cost requirements are met. Monitors, assesses and ensures high levels of productivity and delivery to achieve planned ROI. Works with software and internet applications including performance issues, maintenance, system resources, and service and support internet sites.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling OCC to books and records
- Researching and resolving trade and position breaks
- Providing excellent customer service to all stake holders
- Supporting nightly expiration including Monthly Saturday expiration process
Qualifications:
- Finance background preferred
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as in an individual capacity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking capabilities and prioritization
- Knowledge of options is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications is a plus
- **Fingerprinting required as per FINRA requirements.
