Broadridge is growing! The Operations Training Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Production Operations function, providing essential training and administrative support. This position involves working across multiple job families, combining administrative, organizational, and coordination skills to enhance operational efficiency.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.
Assists in ensuring all pulls are completed as to client requirements, in a timely manner to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). Collaborates with and monitors production departments to ensure jobs are received in a timely manner to complete pulls accurately and promptly. Reports to Supervisor Production Operations.
Responsibilities:
Completes assigned pulls as per client instructions. Monitors job status throughout the day to ensure deadlines are met. Monitor and utilize remedy system to gather client instructions and provide job information regarding pull status. Communicates with and supports the leads, supervisors and managers Understanding of Infact and legacy processes to ensure specifications are completed as required. Proficient in handling sensitive responsibilities, including the processing of checks. Reads, comprehends and takes appropriate action regarding emails/remedy. Correctly follows instructions, identifies problems and provides solutions. Follows all Broadridge and departmental policies and procedures. May perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Production Environment, preferred
- Associates degree preferred, or related Production experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact and effectively communicate with team members, internal and external and liaisons.
- Ability to take direction and to work with sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Computer skills
- Proficient in the English language

Hourly range for this position is $19.00 – 26.95 Based on Experience
Shift: Monday to Friday - 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
