Broadridge is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our Wealth team and lead a multi-year product transformation effort overseeing other Project Managers. The Senior Program Manager will act as a pivotal liaison between our business and an external vendor, facilitating the transition of our existing website products and clients into a new offering. This role demands excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive successful integrations and migrations. This person will be responsible for aligning vendor requirements with the Broadridge Product, Technology, and Implementation functions and, as such, must be able to demonstrate a consistent track record of technology change delivery in a financial services environment.
Ideally having worked as a Program/Product/Project Manager for a solution provider or alternatively being experienced in project delivery from a client perspective, the successful candidate must be confident and self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams including Product, Technology, Implementations, Business and Senior Management
- Manage project managers within the project framework to defined outcomes and timelines for project workstreams.
- Interface with key stakeholders to ensure timely execution and completion of deliverables to and by clients, vendors and internal business teams.
- Function as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Work collaboratively with the vendor to align our existing website products and client implementations with their capabilities.
- Develop and implement a coherent strategy to build expected capabilities between internal teams and the vendor to meet client needs effectively.
- Assess risk to timeline, budget, customer satisfaction, and manage impact of changes to project scope
- Identify project bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities, provide analysis and recommendations on progress, serve as the escalation point for senior management related to project specific issues
- Devise and oversee reporting tools to track and trend project KBIs
- Develop and update project plans, resolve project and resource conflicts, facilitate solutions across department boundaries, track and communicate progress of multiple workstreams and drives a sense of urgency and commitment across all projects
- Assess and ensure the acceptability of project outcomes relative to established goals and objectives.
- Work with the BR Wealth Project Management COE through the project lifecycle, ensuring process adherence and the use of established Broadridge templates and tools for client projects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience
- 8 years of progressive project management experience
- Extensive experience in program management, with a track record of successfully leading multiple projects.
- Possesses strong ability to understand and communicate issues
- Proven experience in vendor management and collaboration.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Experience working with Agile teams as a Project Manager and a strong understanding of the Agile development process
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and the ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Strong organizational/conflict resolution skills with a polished and professional presence
- An energetic, positive, and innovative attitude, working as a true team player and facilitator to bring their project to a successful delivery
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Prior experience of working with offshore and onshore teams
