This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and required to be in an office.Responsibilities : Develop and support of multiple strategic applications for Broadridge productsDesigns technical solutions for software development projectsLeads project team through the SDLC processContributes to the target Technical Architecture Design for BroadridgeDefines technical standards, such as coding standards, Development process, Development ToolsDelivers high quality software, on-time, following Broadridge SDLC processes.Works within and across teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.Builds and maintains CI\CD pipeline in different environments.Ensures technical & security best practices along with Broadridge standards are adhered to on continuous basis.Translates business requirements into technical designs and troubleshoots production issues as needed.Troubleshoots production issues as needed, including being part of an on-call rotation to support issues outside of normal business hours.Plays the role of Technical Lead as well as an Application Architect for development projects.Leads technical design sessions and works closely with multiple teams to review work (architecture, code, etc.) for multiple projects.Carries out code reviews and contributes to technical solutions for software development projects.Understands dependencies between software and other parts of the processing stack.Handles technical implementation, code quality and overall productivity of the development teamParticipates and contributes in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders.Contributes to the target Technical Architecture Design for Broadridge.Establishes Design Patterns used by several applications.Qualifications :  10 years of experience with commercial software architectures at both a software and infrastructure levelExpertise within a programming and application system environment, with solid experience in the following technologies : C#.NET, VB.NET, TSQL, Jenkins, Git, Angular, WebApiFunctional skills – Application Development Life Cycle / Waterfall and Agile Development, System Design and Architecture, DevOps / Deployment automationAbility to work under pressure and be highly adaptableStrong written and communications skills for collaboration with various teams and upper managementSolid analytical skills, especially in area of translating business requirements into technical design – with a continuous focus on aligning technical roadmap with the immediate and long-term Business strategyAble to adapt and embrace change and support business strategy and vision.Knowledge of software design patterns / architecture like Micro-services, Layered pattern, etc.Preferred Qualifications : Bachelors (Master’s preferred) degree in computer science, computer engineering, or in a related field.At least 3 years of experience with developing and implementing AWS solutions with strong knowledge of services such as Kafka, Lambda, RDS and S3Strong experience with developing automated unit and performance testing suitesWorking knowledge of GitHub Copilot integrationExperience working within highly transactional systemsCompensation Range :  The salary range for this position is between $160,000 - $175,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.Bonus Eligibility :  Bonus EligibleBenefits Information :  Please visit  for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings#LI-PP1Broadridge associates helped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allows associates around the globe, dependent upon their role responsibilities, to take advantage of the benefits of both on-site and off-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communities where we live and work.
