Job Description :
The role of the Direct Support Professional is to be a caregiver for our individuals, and assist them in their daily activities to integrate and engage in their community.
About the Company :
Broadstep has been a leader in providing a continuum of physical, emotional, and mental support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I / DD), mental illness, and co-occurring disorders for over 45 years. Broadstep's Illinois programs provide comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other diagnoses that may impact their behaviors. We are a family-friendly, individual-focused behavioral healthcare program of group homes and vocational day programs.
