Job Description :
Broadstep Behavioral Health is actively hiring for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in the Eastern Illinois (see locations below) area. The role of the Direct Support Professional is to be a caregiver for our adult population with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our group homes and community day programs. DSPs assist our individuals in their activities of daily living (ADLs) to help them integrate and engage in their community.
