Job Description :
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will work with autistic children in a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) setting as a key member of the behavioral analysis team by implementing, documenting, and evaluating behavioral health plans developed by a supervising Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Type : This is a full-time position working onsite (this is not a remote position). This role is located onsite in Kingstree, SC.
Schedule : Both AM (7AM-4PM) and MID (11AM-8PM) are currently available. This schedule rotates so you have every other weekend off.
Job Duties :
Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism.Manage an average caseload of 4-8 children.Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement.Establish a relationship with the child to assess interests and motivators to effectively implement the behavior plan.Directly implementing skill acquisition and behavior intervention plans written by a supervising BCBACollecting accurate data for all treatment plans and behavior programs, which is then provided to the BCBA for analysisServes in a direct care role, consulting the BCBA regularly for additional support, training, and supervisionAdjusts interventions and / or intervention methods as instructed by the supervising BCBA when necessaryResponsible for maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of each intervention and plan in place for each client on his / her caseload and those on assigned teamMaintains RBT credentials by completing the RBT Competency Assessment annually as per BACB guidelinesMust receive and accurately track RBT supervision hours to maintain internal and external compliance.Annual renewal of RBT Competency Assessment and Annual Renewal form, which must be submitted and accepted by the BACB. Continuous adherence to the BACB Ethical Standards for RBT is required.Collaborate and participate in clinical team meetings and ongoing training.Ensure all Sessions are accurately documented, signed and submitted for timely billingJob Requirements :
Must be at least 18 years oldHave a high school diploma or equivalentPass a criminal background checkRegistered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACBStrong communication skills for speaking with clients' families and writing session notes.Confident interpersonal skills for interactions with the clients' families.Must be a motivated team player, and exercise patience / professionalismExcellent organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenMinimum of 6 months experience utilizing ABA therapy, working with individuals with autism in a supervised setting (preferred)Must have valid Driver's license / reliable access to transportationWhat We Offer :
