We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Success Specialist. The ideal candidate will excel in connecting with customers in person, on the phone and via written communication. The candidiate will be responsible for driving client satisfaction, and navigating the e-commerce and digital marketing space. Experience in social media marketing, e-commerce, content management and/or the music industry is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies for communicating updates, new features, and industry insights to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating our e-commerce software, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support for orders.
- Interact with clients to ensure their needs are met, build strong relationships, and provide top-tier customer service.
- Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely communication of initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the performance of communication efforts and client success metrics.
- Develop and maintain educational resources, such as guides or tutorials, to support client onboarding and software navigation.
- Stay informed on industry trends and digital marketing best practices to recommend and implement new strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in email marketing, digital communication, and client support roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and social media is a plus.
- Self starter that is hungry to learn
- Interest in or experience with the music industry is preferred.

Pay: $44,624.00 - $50,983.00 per year
