What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Veterinary Technician position at Broadview Animal Hospital?
We are growing, and looking to expand our talented team of Certified Veterinary Technicians. We are proud to be privately owned and operated by compassionate and family-minded individuals. All 3 of our locations are AAHA accredited. We are hiring both experienced and new CVT’s to join our Milton, NH location.

All of our locations welcome all types of patients in our practices. We see dogs, cats, ferrets, rabbits, reptiles, and pocket pets. We are progressive in our knowledge, techniques, and protocols while maintaining top-notch equipment (cloud-based record system, digital radiography, CT, therapy laser, ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy/arthroscopy, and a new in-house laboratory).
Our CVT’s are hands on with all of our in-house and surgical patients, offering exceptional patient care, and are an intricate part of the daily operations. Because we are fortunate enough to have an incredibly diverse network of 18 doctors at Broadview, our CVT’s get to experience new and challenging cases every day!

Qualifications:
You must be a certified veterinary technician to qualify for this position!
Must be proficient in the following skills
- Blood draws
- Catheter placement
- Vaccine and injectable medication administration
- Drug calculations
- Radiography
- Anesthesia monitoring
- Patient triage
- Surgical prep
- Nail trims
- Bandage application
- Routine animal care
- Able to stand for long periods of time
