Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain the dish and pot washing area
- Distribute and store clean pots, pans, dishes, and utensils
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to designated compactor and dumpster units
- Drain and fill deep fryers on a scheduled basis and transport used oil to designated storage containers
