Purpose of the Position:
This role involves analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions. The responsibilities include gathering business analytics, understanding trends affecting the bank's operations, and providing analysis to recommend solutions or influence strategy. Additionally, the role assists in coordinating financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. It also involves developing or updating dashboards, scorecards, key performance indicators, and profitability reporting. Furthermore, there is involvement in coordinating financial reporting applications within the company's data warehouse.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with maintaining management reporting information in financial systems ensuring integrity of data
- Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and studying proposed systems or method changes
- Provide analysis of key performance indicators, dashboards, scorecards and profitability
- Responsible for management reporting information and is the key contact to business with regards to comprehensive knowledge of existing systems and processes and business strategies and objectives
- Share insights/observable conclusions about profitability and how to enhance it
- Assists in developing innovative approaches to identifying and addressing business opportunities

Work Experience Requirements:
- 0-3 years of business finance or other relevant experience

Education Requirements:
- Four-year college degree, preferably finance or accounting, or equivalent experience with advanced credentials a plus
