What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Building Cleaner position at Broadway Equipment Company?
We are looking for a full-time or part-time cleaner. Daily tasks include cleaning floors, windows, bathrooms, etc of the office floors.
$19.00 - 20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and wipe down surfaces
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floor care, industrial cleaning, or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good time management skills to ensure efficient completion of assigned duties
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move heavy objects as required
