We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Premium Sales professional to join our team. We are looking for someone with a background in Motorhome sales, Hauler trucks or similar. This role requires a blend of both inside and outside sales skills, with an emphasis on building relationships and driving sales growth. Duties
- Provide exceptional sales support by assisting customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends that can enhance sales strategies.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with potential clients through cold calling efforts.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote products and services.
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in outside sales or cold calling is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage in public speaking confidently in front of groups or clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Motorhome Sales a plus.
- Hauler Truck knowledge is a plus.
