What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Broadway Grille?
Broadway Grille in historic Jim Thorpe seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented bartender with at least 2 years experience. The right candidate will be flexible, able to multi task, and communicate in order to handle large crowds.
Our bartenders make great money. You will work hard but you will be rewarded. We do have our slow times, but the money is consistent. This position is available ASAP and requires a two week training period. Weekends (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) are a MUST, and applicants who do not have weekend availability will NOT be considered.

-attentive to both our regulars and guests
-detail oriented and organized
-willing to work and understands that this industry revolves around volume.
-knowledgeable with beer, liquor, and wine. Understands craft as well as your everyday cocktails.

-open availability (weekends are non negotiable)
-has a sense of urgency. The bartending industry is on the guests time, not your time.
-experience with and can handle high volume
-wants to make $$$
