Job responsibilities include:
Interacting directly with patients for equipment delivery, set-up, pick-up, education and troubleshooting.
Servicing the patient and family, listening to them, being able to answer their questions and educating them on how their equipment works.
Most of the work day will be spent delivering, picking up or servicing equipment, which requires dealing with a multitude of unknowns, such as unpredictable weather and road conditions, as well as last minute changes with their deliveries. On slow days you will be helping out in the warehouse cleaning, testing and service equipment. You must be able to adapt to these changing conditions without any problems.

Must be able to work overtime.
Hours will be set Monday - Friday. 10:30am - 7:00pm
On call rotation which would require you to be available 24 hours a day for emergencies on a rotating basis. Typically one day a week and one weekend every other month.
Must be able to lift 85lbs (beds, ramps and lift chairs are heavy)
