Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our all-you-can-eat hotpot experience and unique bar offerings.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, and Rednote, to engage with our audience and attract new customers.
- Create eye-catching content, including posts, videos, and ads showcasing our delicious food and unique atmosphere.
- Plan and execute online and offline promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp, ensuring a positive brand image.
- Analyze marketing performance and report results with actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and trends.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a big plus.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for food and knowledge of Chinese cuisine is highly valued!
