Local, family owned business is looking for an organized, outgoing, “Go above and beyond” type of customer service representative for it's Eureka office. Position requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with clerical, filing and organizing responsibilities, knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and both the desire and ability to be continuously learning how to use new software/systems. Serious inquiries only - a willingness to learn the complexities of the business and a team player attitude are a must. Previous customer service and/or office experience preferred. Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, and pay begins at $16.50/hr with medical benefits starting after 60 days. Paid sick days, and matching 401k after 90 days.
