We are seeking a high-performing, growth-oriented practice manager to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the plastic surgery office and med spa, ensuring efficient and effective administrative and clinical processes. They will have strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare management, and the ability to foster a positive and productive work environment and team-focused, performance culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the practice's daily operations, including administrative and clinical functions.
- Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and appointment management to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Monitor and manage inventory, including medical supplies and office equipment.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to enhance practice visibility and patient engagement.
- Maintain and update the practice management software and electronic medical records (EMR) system.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Prepare and present operational and financial reports to management.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to improve practice operations continually.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a plastic surgery or med spa setting is a plus.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in practice management software and EMR systems, experience with Nextech preferred
- Strong financial understanding and experience with budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
