Job Overview: As a Powersports Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with their perfect ride. Your mission is to drive sales and foster long-term relationships by providing expert knowledge, personalized service, and an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and riding goals. Provide tailored recommendations based on their interests and riding style.
- Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our powersports inventory, including features, specifications, and benefits. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and innovations.
- Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing sales. Offer financing and warranty options to enhance the purchasing experience.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless post-purchase experience. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership goals. Participate in regular training and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Marketing Support: Assist in showroom displays and promotions to attract potential buyers. Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
