- Conduct thorough research to identify trending topics and audience interests to inform content strategy.
- Utilize Hootsuite for scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Implement SEO best practices in social media content to improve visibility and reach.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Experience
