Must hold a valid Az Caregiver Certification
Role Overview
Our Lead Caregiver provides activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan in addition to being responsible for additional duties assigned by Health and Wellness leadership team. Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene
- Answer patient calls and determine how to best help them
- Complete weekly medication audits
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences
- Participate in on call schedule of one week every 3 weeks.
Qualifications
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents
- Ability to work as a team and also independently
- Previous experience in Assisted Living in Arizona.
- A love for seniors
